PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court Made the FoIIowinq Order:_- This Criminal PetI'tiOn, under Sections 480 & 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A3 seeking regular bail I'n Crime No.01 of 2025 of Kothakota Police Station, Anakapalle District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 r/w 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on o4.01.2025, on credible + information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, the S.I of Police, along with staff and mediators, rushed to Kalyanapulova dam, Dondapudi forest _.+® c33rf- T -.Ill 2 check post and started conducting vehicle checking. They found one Auto coming, and on seeing police, the driver stopped the Auto and the inmates in the Auto tried to escape. Then police apprehended some of the accused while the others ran away. On enquiry, the saI'd Persons disclosed their identity particulars and police found 100 kgs of ganja in their possession. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under the I cover of mediators report and the accused were arrested and got remanded to judicial custody. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accused Nos.2, 6 and 7 in the present crime were already granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2025 I-n Crl.P.No.3194 of 2025. Moreover, police, after conducting investigatl-on in the Present Crime, filed charge sheet. 6. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not disputed the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. In view of the aforesaI'd facts and Circumstances Of the Case and considering the fact that the investigation in the present crime is completed and the charge sheet was also laid, this court is ¢-`-,i i=- <~-.-I. -3 * ` incll®ned to grant bail to the petitioner herein/A3 on the following conditions. i) The petitioner herein/A3 shall be released on bail on his execut]'ng personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. ji) The petitioner shall co-operate with the trial of the case. 8.
