Earlier vide order dated 20.12.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, a report was called for, from Shri Santosh Kumar No.2, the then Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamtara and presently posted as Chairman, Waqf Board, Ranchi as to under what circumstances, the anticipatory bail was granted to the co-accused, Gourav Kumar in this case. A report has been received from the said Judicial Officer concern in which it has been inter-alia submitted that the entire Criminal proceeding of POCSO Case No.45 of 2025 has been quashed vide order dated 29.01.2026 in Cr. M. P. No.163 of 2026 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, the said report is accepted and hence, no order is required to be passed in this case. (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.)
