It is clarified that the Family Court shall grant a decree of divorce in the pending suit upon the Respondent-wife receiving the entire agreed payment consideration. 4. Either party is at liberty to apply to the Court for obtaining a decree of divorce upon due compliance with the obligations set out in the Consent Terms. 5. The parties, as well as their Advocates, undertake to withdraw all pending proceedings and obtain a decree of divorce upon the compliance with the terms contained in the Consent Terms. 6. The Appeal and Interim Applications, if any, accordingly stand disposed of in terms of the above Consent Terms. 7. It is clarified that the Advocates on instructions of the parties agree to hereby record that any non-compliance with the obligation under the Consent Terms may be considered as constituting contempt of Court.
