It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that in Para No.18 of order dated 27.01.2026, the number of Anticipatory Bail Petition has been wrongly typed, i.e. A.B.P. No. 946 of 2025 has been written instead of A.B.P. No. 976 of 2025 due to typographical error on the part of the P.A. concerned, whereas in Para No. 19, the case number of the Criminal Appeal has been wrongly typed as Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 674 of 2025 instead of Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 647 of 2025. 3. Under the circumstances, Para No. 18 of the order dated 27.01.2026 is rectified and modified -2- to the extent that the A.B.P. number be read as A.B.P. No. 976 of 2025 instead of A.B.P. No. 946 of 2025 and Para 9 of the said order will be rectified and modified to the extent that criminal appeal number will be read as Criminal Appeal (S.J.)
