ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Srinivasa Rao Narra,
learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he filed a Memo dated 02.09.2025 in the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
