Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother-in-law passed away on 16.07.2021 and that the only surviving Class-I legal heirs are her husband, Muthaiah and her brother-in-law, Elangovan. He also submits that there is no rival title claim and that the brother-in-law lives separately with his family. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that a notice would be issued to the legal heirs of the petitioner's mother-in-law, Guruvammal and to owners of relevant adjacent lands before a decision is taken. 4.
