Safiqul Islam @ Chafikul Islam, son of late Nijam @ Nijam Udd, resident of village Longjup Padumoni, Police Station-Kachua, District-Nagaon is praying for his bail in O.R. No. K/7 of 2024-25, registered under Sections 50(i)(c)/50(3)/9/39 read with Punishable Act 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, wherein, the petitioner was arrested on 10.11.2024 and is in custody since then. 3) On instruction of the petitioner, his counsel Mr. S Hussain is not pressing this bail application filed by the petitioner in O.R.
