Sarma, learned Standing Counsel, Water Resources Department for the opposite parties. By this miscellaneous application the applicant is praying for restoration of WP(C) No. 3728/2017, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 10.11.2023. It is the case of the applicant that on 10.11.2023 when the WP(C) No. 3728/2017 was listed, the name of the advocates were wrongly shown and accordingly the counsels for the petitioner did not appear before the Court which led to the dismissal of the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. On considering the cause shown in the present miscellaneous application, this Court is satisfied and accordingly, the prayer for restoration of WP(C) No. 3728/2017 is allowed.
