Jayarami Reddy, resident of Kalekurthi Village of Kanekal Mandal, Ananthapuram District with a view to compensate him by allotting alternate land which the said K. Jayarami Reddy has lost on account of widening of the Kalyandurg Road in Sy.No.347-2 at Km. 56/8-10. 2 2. However, as per the communication received by the learned Government Pleader from the Executive Engineer, Roads and Buildings Division, Kalyandurg, it is reflected that it could not be possible to give alternate land to the said Sri K. Jayarami Reddy. 3. In view of the stand of the official respondents, as reflected from the communication which has been addressed to the learned Government Pleader, since the official respondents themselves have held that it would not be possible to give alternate land to respondent No.11 in W.P.No.19615 of 2022, no further orders need be passed. 4. Accordingly, both the petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case any cause survives. No order as to costs.
