Instant bail applications have been filed by petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.117/2025 registered at Police Station Khoh, District Deeg for the offence(s) under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 308(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2)(a), 313, 303(2) of BNS and Section 66-D of IT Act. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations against petitioners of committing online fraud by forging the SIM cards and showing fake advertisements; petitioners are in custody since 08.05.2025; investigation of petitioners has been completed; there are no criminal antecedents of petitioners; conclusion of trial will take considerable time, but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioners on bail. 4. Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners (i) Rameshwar S/o Samay Singh and (ii) Rijwan S/o Saikul & Jahid S/o Isav shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
