Learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is granted two weeks’ further time to file the compliance affidavit, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- each to the petitioners on the next date of hearing. List on 06.03.2026.” 2. Respondents have filed compliance affidavit placing on record consideration order dated 06.11.2025. 3. Consideration order had apparently been issued prior to the order passed in this writ petition on 19.12.2025.
