NC: 2025:KHC:11447 WP No. 8017 of 2025
4. This Court in W.P.No.34524 of 2024, by order dated 05-03-2025, had granted emergency parole to the convict (CTP No.00922) for a period of 15 days, which would expire on the evening of 20-03-2025. In view of the health condition of the petitioner who has met with an accident, I deem it appropriate to extend the parole to the convict for a period of another 15 days, subject to the very same conditions that were stipulated earlier, to become operational from the forenoon of 21-03-2025 till the evening of 04-04-2025.
Accordingly, petition stands disposed.
Registry is directed to communicate this order to respondent Nos.2 and 3, by way of electronic mail, forthwith.
