2 / 2 (HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE BIBHU DATTA GURU)
Order on Board 07/05/2025
1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not granting the benefit of two advance increments on account of the petitioner obtaining Ph.D.
2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had got Ph.D. in the month of December, 2013 and since then she has applied for grant of two advance increments in terms of the circular applicable in the State of Chhattisgarh, however, the respondents have neither granted the benefit nor decided her claim.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents authorities to redress the grievance of the petitioner, who shall duly scrutinize the claim of the petitioner and consider the circulars governing the field and take an appropriate decision at the earliest within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands
disposed of.
