The learned counsel further submits that the 2"^^ petitioner is suffering with schizophrenia and, on account of that, she is in the habit of taking sleeping pills. The learned counsel places reliance on the medical report of the 2"^^ respondent. It is submitted that she has been suffering from this condition since 2021. The 2"^ respondent had earlier filed certain complaints against the petitioners and also filed O.P.No.148 of 2020. However, on 07.08.2021, she addressed a letter to the local service authorities, duly indicating that she is withdrawing the complaint filed under Section 498-A IPC and also withdrawing the complaint filed against the petitioners. It is submitted that, on account of her inconsistent mental health, the present petition has been filed. Considering the same, the Station House Officer, Duvvada Police Station, is directed to complete the investigation without taking coercive steps against the petitioners.
