ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6813 of 2025 in CRL OP(MD) No. 5140 of 2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6813 of 2025 in CRL OP(MD) No.5140 of 2025 on 06.06.2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.
