Based on the Complaint made by the Respondent No.2 herein, the Kavali Police registered the Crime No. 159/2019 for the offences U/sec.448 and 354(B) of IPC against the Petitioner. After completing the investigation, the Police filed charge sheet against the Accused before the trial court has taken and numbered the court and the trial cognizance for the above said offences case as C.C.No.135/2020. 2.
