Issuance of notice to R6 & R7 is dispensed with. 2. The petitioner wants the seemaikaruvelam trees and thorny bushes in the petition mentioned pathway to be cleared. His specific allegation is that R6 & R7 are preventing the same. 3. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has been repeatedly emphasizing that seemaikaruvelam trees should be removed. The petitioner is permitted to engage JCB and deploy the same under the supervision of the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent need not be personally present. He can depute any official. If any obstruction is encountered from R6 & R7 and any other private party, it is for the authorities to deal with the same and facilitate the removal of seemaikaruvelam trees by the writ petitioner. 4.
