CMPST No. 29315 of 2025. Reliance placed upon the interim order dated 15.04.2024, passed in LPA No. 635 of 2024, Bhakra Beas Management Board & others Vs. Gopal Singh & others and other connected matters, (Annexure-A) by the Co-ordinate Bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, of which one of us (G.S. Sandhawalia, Acting Chief Justice), was a member, is not of much assistance to the appellants, since admittedly, in that case, the request for regularization had been rejected at one point of time and in such circumstances, the effect of regularization was ordered not to be granted during the pendency of the appeals. Accordingly, let the benefits as directed by the learned Single Judge in the judgment dated 30.04.2025, passed in CWP No. 5796 of 2023, Nirmal Singh & others Versus Bhakra Beas Management Board & others, be granted to the writ petitioners, subject to the final decision of the present appeal, as the employees of the Board have to serve the Board and the recovery can also be effected from them in case the appeal succeeds. (G.S. Sandhawalia) Chief Justice. (Ranjan Sharma) Judge September 02, 2025 (hemlata)
