By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Raigarh to decide the Revenue Case No. 19A/23/2015-16 expeditiously as far as possible, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the respondent no. 1 Peela Ram has applying for lease of such suit property before the Sub SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.04.15 17:21:57 +0530 2 Registrar, District Registrar Office, Raigarh, which may be directed to be cancelled till the disposal of the revenue case No. 19A/23/2015-16 as pending before the S.D.O. Raigarh. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that applications moved under Section 170 B of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 and under Order 1 Rule 10 of C.P.C. read with Section 43 of Land Revenue Code, 1959 are pending consideration before the Sub-Divisional Officer(Revenue), Raigarh. He would pray for a direction to the said authority to decide the pending applications expeditiously. 3. Heard. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Pathak, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Raigarh to decide the Revenue Case No. 19A/23/2015-16 expeditiously, if already not decided. 5.
