Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s report dated 11.09.2019, the Police registered a case in Crime No.100 of 2019 for the offence under Section 323, 427 r/w 34 IPC on 17.09.2019 on the file of the Vinjamur Police Station and after conducting due investigation, the Police will laid charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 3. The present Writ Petition is filed alleging that the Police did not registered any case basing on the Petitioner’s report dated 17.09.2019. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 4 5. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
