Mr. SMT Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 5 submits that they have taken the necessary steps in compliance with the judgment and order of this Court dated 14.11.2022, passed in WP(C) 6869/2022 and a letter dated 12.03.2025 issued by the Joint Director, Elementary Education, Assam is produced by the learned counsel for the respondents regarding the amount of Rs.2,82,270/- which has been refunded to the account of the petitioner. The receipt of the said amount by the petitioner is also enclosed. The said documents produced are to be marked as “X” for ready reference.
