Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. 3. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Additional Chief Standing counsel, the date of birth of petitioner no. 2 is still disputed and the alleged solemnization of marriage in the concerned temple has been negated by Chief Priest of the same Temple. 5. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, once the fact of solemnization of marriage has been negated by Chief Priest of Temple concerned, no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners to further pursue the instant petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
