CMP No.17686 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of sole claimant i.e. respondent No.1 Surinder Singh in FAO No.140 of 2019 for release of award amount. It is averred that FAO No.140 of 2019 has been finally disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 09.05.2025 and thus, the claimant/respondent No.1 has become entitled to award amount along with interest accrued thereon. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant has stated that his client has no objection in case prayer made in the application is granted. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in FAO No.140 of 2019 along with interest accrued thereon till date is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/claimant/respondent No.1 Surinder Singh by remitting the same directly to his bank account, details of which have been provided vide Annexure A-1 annexed to the application, after due verification.
