Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in the present case is already completed. However, it is awaited for filing charge-sheet before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. 3. In view of the fact that the investigation is already completed and pending only for filing charge-sheet, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Criminal Petition instead of keeping it pending. 4.
