The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has cheated the defacto complainant by giving false promise to get government job. Hence, the complaint. 3. This Court has granted interim order to the petitioner directing the petitioner to cooperate for enquiry. The prosecution submitted that the petitioner is changing her mobile number frequently and she is not cooperating for the enquiry. Further, whenever she is called over phone, she calls only through whatsapp call and not attending the regular call.
