By this application, the applicants are praying for condonation of 150 days delay in preferring the connected writ appeal. 3. Mr. S. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent, submits that there is no proper explanation given for the delay of 150 days in the present application and therefore, the prayer for condonation should be rejected. 4. We have perused the application and on perusal of the Paragraph Nos. 2 to 9, we are of the considered opinion that the sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants for condoning the delay of 150 days. Accordingly, the delay of 150 days is condoned. 5. The I.A. is disposed. 6. The Registry is directed to number the connected writ appeal and list the matter in its usual course.
