It is submitted that a false complaint is now filed alleging forgery of the signature of the 2^^ respondent by the petitioner for obtaining housing loan from LIC. The said loan obtained in the year 2011. A complaint is now registered in the year 2025. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Penamaluru Police Station, is directed to complete the investigation, without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. This order would not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing final report/charge sheet after the investigation of crime. 2. was 3. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
