After arguing the petition for some time, when this Court had shown disinclination to entertain the petition on the point of delay and also having regard to the pleadings in Regular Civil Suit No.52 of 2017 and Regular Civil Suit No.53 of 2017, the learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the State Government as is referred in the impugned order dated 21.05.2019. 2. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The petitioner will have to establish that the proceedings initiated by him is maintainable in law.
