Bhagawati, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. This interlocutory application has been filed seeking recall of the order dated 20.11.2023 passed in Contempt Case No. 116/2020 whereby the contempt petition filed by the applicant stood closed. The interlocutory application has been filed in effect, seeking recall of the order passed in the contempt petition. Such recall of orders passed by this Court are to be sought for by filing a proper application for review of the order, as is prescribed by the Gauhati High Court Rules. The procedure prescribed under law may be taken by the petitioner recourse to if so advised in the meantime. The petition in it’s present form is not maintainable.
