Hazarika, learned counsel representing the sole respondent has submitted that the sole respondent, in terms of the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 07.06.2024 in WP(C) No. 110/2021 has already issued a Speaking Order dated 23.12.2024, whereby determining the ex-gratia compensation amount payable to Page No.# 2/2 the petitioner @ Rs. 5,000,00/-. In view of the passing of the order dated, this Court is of the considered view that the directions passed by the said order dated 07.06.2024 has been substantially complied with. In view of the above, the present contempt petition stands closed. Notices issued stand discharged.
