Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned Standing Counsel for APSHCL and Ms. D. Nagachandrika, learned Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri P. Soma Raju, learned Counsel representing Sri R. Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned Standing Counsel for APSHCL has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the General Manager (Admin), APSHCL, Vijayawada, dated 16.09.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3 3. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “In view of the above, the Standing Counsel, APSHCL is requested to appraise the above facts to the Hon'ble High Court with a request to grant a period of 3 months' time to pay the eligible amount to the petitioner according to the revised guidelines issued i.e., obtaining the proposals from the executing department by the DHH West Godavari, inspection of work by DHHs, sending proposal from District Collector, sending proposals to the Housing Department by the MD, APSHCL, sending proposals by the Housing Department to the Finance Department, release of BRO by the Finance Department. allocation of budget to the executing department and uploading of bills in Nidhi Portal by the executing department and clearance of bill by the Finance Department.” 4. The above extract would indicate that the Respondents are seeking three months time to complete the process in all respects and make the final payment to the Petitioner. 5. Having noted the same, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondents to complete the entire administrative process by way of mutual coordination and cooperation between the departments and transfer the amounts within three (03) months to the account of the Petitioner as undertaken by the General Manager (Admin), APSHCL, Vijayawada. 6. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
