Case No. 130 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 127(1), 352, 109 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Nirmala Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 30.12.2024, three unknown persons are alleged to have fired upon the Khalasi and the informant who is a driver of a Truck bearing Registration No. BR01GE-9011. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. Mr. Saket Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
