A case has been regf|stered agajns"he pe{l'{ioner and another for the offence punishable under section 108 read wl-th 3(5) of the B.N.S. 3. case of the prosecutI'On Ion brief, Its that the deceased-Mounl-ka was married about 10 years ago wI-th the defacto complainant-Kaml'setty Krl'shna sankar and they were blessed with two daughters and they are residing at sector-2, Arl'Iova, near Government Dal'ry Farm, sundarajah Nagar, vISakhapatnam. Al js the mother of deceased resldlng at chittinagar, vljayawada. As the father of deceased died len the year 2019 in an accident, some insurance amount was recef'ved by A1. The deceased came to vI'jayawada on 30.3.2025 with children and went to the house of her mother/Al and asked about the money, for whI'Ch Al bluntly refused to gl-ve money. Then the deceased stayed at the house of her elder sl'ster up to o2 4 2025 and on the same day at 9.30 p.m, agal|n she went to the house of her mother. At that tl-me, her mother/Al and petl'{joner/A2 were there jn the house and that she asked her mother about the money, and that both of them quarreled wfth the deceased, abused her Ion filthy language and threatened her not to gfve money even jf she dies, thereby they abetted her to dle Due to such words, she was severely depressed, I-nformed the I.nCl'dent to her husband and elder sister, consumed polson and fe" down lmmedlately, the nelghbours rushed there, found the deceased jn unconscious state, shl-fled her to ~.- ~~ .JJ~, giv,rrf, i,I.,r;,~ -,~iif Government General Hospital, Vijayawada Where the Doctor declared a her as brought dead. Basing on the report, this Crime Was registered, investigated the matter, arrested Al on 24.4.2025 and sent him tO remand. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation iS going on and some more witnesses are to be examined. 6. A perusal of the material available On record goes tO Show that, the only accusation that has been made as against the petitioner is he accompanied Al in taking the money from the defaCtO COmPlainant. Except the said accusation, there is nO Other material available on record to connect the petitioner with the crime. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, in the event Of his arrest With regard tO this Crime, petitioner/A2 shall be released on bail On his executing a Personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand Only) With two Sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for InVestI[gatl'On aS and when requl'red and that he sha" not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecutl-on wl-tnesses.
