Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 01.05.2025, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Amrapara P.S. Case No.34 of 2025, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.21 of 2025, registered under Sections 64/ 89/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Pakur. 3. From perusal of the record, it appears that earlier the prayer for bail of the applicant has been dismissed vide order dated 25.09.2025, passed in B.A. No.8434 of 2025. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from perusal of record, it appears that the victim has supported the allegation and the charge has been framed on 21.06.2025 under Sections 65(1) and 89 of BNS, 2023 and under Section 4(2) of the POCSO Act. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and materials available on record, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant at this stage.
