The present Writ Petition relates thereto. 2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that a notice would be issued to all the pattadars under patta No.7831 and to owners of relevant adjacent lands. After considering objections, if any, from the said persons, he states that a decision would be taken. 3. The sale deed filed by the petitioner indicates that the petitioner has purchased 2400 square feet in survey No.1283/5. The patta in respect of survey No.1283/5A1A1 is for an aggregate extent of 32.56 ares. Consequently, it is necessary to issue notice to all the pattadars as stated by learned Special Government Pleader. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to the pattadars and to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, from the said persons shall be taken into account before a decision is made.
