THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN 'B' GROUP, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9600 WP No. 8683 of 2021 ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo which reads as under: "The petitioner begs to submit as follows: The present petition had been filed on 03.05.2021 for the limited purpose of obtaining interim protection from the enforcement of recovery certificates by the Respondents as no presiding officer had been appointed to the Hon'ble CGIT Bengaluru. Subsequently, the presiding officer has been appointed and assumed charge and the petitioner's appeal before the Hon'ble CGIT in EPF Nos.22,23,24/2021 along with the applications for stay have been partly heard on 21.02.2025. The matter now stands adjourned to 24.04.2025 for Respondent's objections. In light of the above, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the petition as infructuous and continue the interim protection till disposal of petitioner's stay applications by the Hon'ble CGIT." - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9600 WP No. 8683 of 2021 Smt.
