Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. Heard Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding/directing the respondent no. 2 Additional Director of Education (Basic) Education Directorate, Prayagraj to grant its approval for the transfer of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher from respondent no. 4 institution to respondent no. 5 institution forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. It is argued by Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner that due to health reason, the petitioner has submitted applications/representations on 30.12.2024 & 05.01.2025 before the respondent No.2/Additional Director of Education (Basic) Education Directorate, Prayagraj to transfer the petitioner from Smt. Prmadevi Jaiswal Balika Junior High School, Sardahan Bazar, Azamgarh to Rashtriya Balika Vidhyalaya Junior High School, Babuganj, Lucknow. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, petitioner will submit fresh application before the respondent No.2, he will look into the matter and pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file fresh representation ventilating all her grievances before the respondent No.2/Additional Director of Education (Basic) Education Directorate, Prayagraj along with certified copy of this order within two weeks from today. In case, the petitioner do so, the respondent No.2 will pass appropriate orders on the same most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks thereafter.
