For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) commanding upon the respondents to extend the benefit of 2nd MACP to the petitioner and pay the arrear of the salary, arrear of retiral benefit and revise the pension in pursuance of granting benefit of 2nd MACP.” 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a detailed representation has been filed by the petitioner which is at Annexure-4 and he prays that this Court at this stage may direct the respondent No.2 only to dispose of the representation as per law. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files the fresh representation, the same will be considered and appropriate order will be passed. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation within four weeks from today before the Chief Engineer, Central Designing Organisation, Government of Jharkhand-respondent No.2 ventilating his 2025:JHHC:24457 2 grievance. On receipt of the said representation, he will take a decision on the same within six weeks thereafter.
