Petitioner is serving as Veterinary Officer at Sheep Breeding Farm, Kakhsthal, District Kinnaur. His case is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid place, which falls in the tribal area, a representation was preferred by him on 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.1 seeking transfer to a soft 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 area of his preference. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
