Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-furnishing of NOC for sale of land. The learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Dutta has however informed that during the pendency of the writ petition, the NOC has been issued.
