PUBLIC PROSECUTOR ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the judgment dated 18.01.2010 passed by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Guntur, in Crl.A.No.401 of 2009 by revising the order passed by the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, in D.V.C.No.2 of 2008 dated 30.09.2009. 2. Heard. Perused the record. 3. The Secretary-cum-Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Legal Services Authority, Guntur, submitted a report enclosing the statements of petitioner and respondents. A perusal of the statement of the revision petitioner – Rayana Satyavedam, shows that there are no domestic issues between them, she is living with her family members and she has no objection to close the present petition. 4. In view of the statement given by the revision petitioner before the District Legal Services Authority, this Court finds that nothing survives in the present Criminal Revision Petition. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as the cause does not survive.
