This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to respondent No.6 to consider the representations dated 14.06.2022 and 25.02.2025 and consequently direct them to conduct phodi/durasthi work of the land belonging to the petitioners. 2. It is also highlighted that this Court on earlier occasion directed the respondent No.6 to consider the claim of the petitioners to conduct phodi / durasthi and a time frame was fixed and yet no action has been taken. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that the grant records pertaining to the petitioners are unavailable and if certified copies of the grant records which are available with the petitioners are produced, the Thasildar shall examine the same and proceed to pass orders regarding the phodi / durasthi, if the grants in question are genuine. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:12211 WP No. 8260 of 2025 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in order to give an end to the controversy, the petitioners would furnish the certified copies of the orders of grant available to them so as to enable the Thasildar to take appropriate action. 5. Recording the said submission, the Thasildar is directed to consider the certified copies of the grant orders that will be produced by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from today and thereafter pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
