Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ichagarh P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandil. 3. Father of the informant left his house along with co-accused Jilawar Pal and subsequently, he was found murdered. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on pointing out of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of accused-Jillawar Pal @ Jilawar Pal. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandil, in connection with Ichagarh P.S.
