Case No. 39/2024, registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c)/29 of the NDPS Act, in which he was arrested on 12.08.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Ms. M. Ahmed, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
