This is the bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Jharsuguda Sadar PS Case No. 301 of 2025 corresponding to CT Case No.1576 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Jharsuguda for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.126(2)/ 118(1)/ 118(2)/ 109/351(3) of BNS, on the main allegation of attempting to the life of the injured Tushar Chandra Mali by stabbing him with a knife and attacking Benarji Mali causing injury to him. 3. Heard, Mr. Dibya Prakash Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. C. Mahanty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence as alleged against the petitioner vis-a-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard p. 2 being had to the materials placed on record keeping in view the alleged stab injury sustained by the injured and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the criminal cases registered against the Petitioner and the status thereof, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stand rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of the order be immediately sent to the learned trial Court. (G.
