On seeing the police party a person riding a motorcycle started making firing and disclosed his identity as Raja Ansari (petitioner). Though it has been submitted by learned A.P.P that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents, but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2024 and no police personnel suffered any injuries on account of the purported firing made by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S.
