Mr. Vikas Rathore, Advocate, for applicants/respondents No.1 to 4. CMP No.32438 of 2025 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by the applicants/respondents No.1 to 4, namely, Kiran Bala, Chamari Devi, Preeti Thakur & Vanshu, for release of entire compensation amount alongwith up-to-date interest in their favour, as per their shares, as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of all the applicants. Learned DSGI, has placed on record ‘No Objection Certificate’ received from Ltd. Col. Tejas Shivaji More OC 70 RCC (GREF) and submits that he has no objection in case the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith up-to-date interest is released in favour of aforesaid applicants/respondents No.1 to 4 and also in view of the fact that no appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court on 30.10.2025 by either of the parties and now the same has attained finality. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants coupled with the fact that the judgment dated 30.10.2025, passed by this Court has attained finalityy, the same is allowed and the entire amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No.1 to 4, namely, Kiran Bala, Chamari Devi, Preeti Thakur & Vanshu, strictly as per their respective shares, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in Para-3 of the application.
