The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chakradharpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025, for the offence under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chakradharpur at Chaibasa. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 26 years. Later on, he refused to marry her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chakradharpur at Chaibasa, in connection with Chakradharpur Mahila P.S.
