The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint is filed alleging various offences under Section 85 of the BNS and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. It is submitted that the marriage between the 1 respondent was performed in the year 2020, and thereafter, it was not consummated on account of the 1®* petitioner having certain issues. In this regard, the 2'^^ respondent left the company of the 1®* accused and has now filed a complaint alleging an offence under Section 85 of the BNS. nd accused and the 2 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police have issued a notice under Section 41-A to 2'"'^ and 3'^^ petitioners, while 4**^ and 5*'' petitioners have not received any such notice. It is apprehended that the police might arrest 4*^ and 5**^ petitioners. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there are absolutely no allegations against 4**^ and 5*'^ petitioners, and that they have been never lived under one roof with accused No.1 and the 2"^^ respondent. 5. Considering the submissions, the criminal petition is disposed off by directing the Station House Officer, Kolluru Police Station, to complete the investigation by duly issuing notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS and to complete the investigation in accordance with law. 3 HN, ■41 Crl.P.No.6244_202S As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
