The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with his friends parked their vehicle near Muttukadu boat house. While so another car came in a rash manner and when the petitioners shouted at them, chaos arose creating ruckus. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent; that they have been falsely implicated in this case and they are college students and are ready to abide by any condition putforth by this Court and hence, prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police re-iterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that FIR has been registered and hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed. 5.
